Shipping
Beverly Drive offers free shipping in the continental US (excluding AK and HA). For expedited shipping in the continental US, Beverly Drive offers UPS Next Day Air Saver and UPS 2nd Day Air with rates calculated at checkout based on weight of order and shipping location. Allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping.
Shipping on orders to AK and HA will be calculated at checkout based on weight of order and shipping location. We currently do not ship internationally but check back soon.
Returns
Beverly Drive offer returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of receipt. Only items in their original condition qualify for a refund. Sale items are eligible for store credit only.
The return shipping fee is $7.50. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please email your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return to info@shopbeverlydrive.com. A return shipping label will be emailed back. A credit will be applied to your credit card or store credit issued upon receipt of returned goods.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be emailed to you.
